Van Hire Details
Aabsolute Van Hire includes:
- Unlimited miles per day or 2,800 miles per 28 days and £0.12 for every extra mile
- Collision damage waiver included – insurance excess £600.00
- A deposit is required on all hires that are paid by: Debit Card, Cash or Cheque.
- A deposit is NOT required on hires that are paid by: American Express, Mastercard, or Visa Credit Cards. The amount of deposit depends on the excess taken. A Collision Damage Waiver is available to reduce the insurance excess at an extra cost, please discuss this when you come to collect the vehicle. (Please note: We are unable to accept pre-pay credit cards.)
All rental agreements are subject to:
- A full, current driving licence (paper and card) held for a minimum of 2 years
- Driver minimum age 25 years
- 2 forms of ID showing current address
- Credit card / debit card security deposit of £500. If debit card - refunds take 10 days to process
Terms & Conditions Summary
- Your van will need to be returned or collected during Aabsolute / Mitchells Hire Drive normal trading hours. If returned out of trading hours, an additional 24-hours rental charge may be incurred. See prices below
- Abortive collection charge equals 1 additional day’s rental. See prices below.
- For weekend rentals we apply a two-day rental fee. Book early to avoid disappointment.
- Liability for any fines and charges (e.g. congestion charge) is not included
- Prices do not include fuel and are subject to policy conditions. The customer is responsible for refuelling the van before return. If not, a refuelling charge will be applied, of £1.40 per litre (subject to change without notice).
- All rates and prices are excluding VAT.
