What sizes are available and how do I pick my size?
We offer a wide range of sizes to accommodate your needs. Sizes range from 4x4, or 16 square feet, to 20x20, or 400 square feet. Determining the right size is easy with the help our online size estimator and the help of our Store personnel who are trained to assist you in this process. What are the payment terms?
Aabsolute Storage strives to make your storage experience as hassle free as possible, including paying your bill. Typically our leases our month-to-month but we also offer the flexibility of long-term leases. We also offer AutoPay. We can automatically charge your Mastercard®, Visa®, Delta®, or Switch/Maestro® each month. Additionally you can pay by cheque or cash instore.
How far in advance can I book a reservation?
We give you the flexibility to book a reservation up to 6 months in advance to help you plan ahead.
Do you offer car/van/ commercial vehicle parking?
Aabsolute Storage offers parking for RV’s, cars, trucks, and most commercial vehicles within our secure parking site, but this is not a standard offering at all locations. Find the closest location to see if the service is available.
Do you have video cameras?
All Aabsolute Storage facilities use video cameras as a security measure. Cameras are generally located at the point of entry and exit and other areas around the facility. The number of cameras and the type of system that is installed at each facility will vary based on the design of the facility.
Can I buy boxes and other packing products from Aabsolute Storage?
Yes. All Aabsolute facilities offer a wide variety of boxes and packing supplies at very competitive rates with discounts for bulk purchases.
What is self storage?
Self-Storage is a quick, easy and convenient way to find extra storage space. We accept both domestic and business users and provide a clean, dry, secure storage where you will have easy access to your goods seven days a week.
Q. Do you provide removal / van hire?
A. No. But we can provide you with removal/van hire firms that we have been using for many years now and can offer a special discounted rate.
Do you accept deliveries to my unit?
. A. We will accept deliveries for our customers provided we hold your written consent to do so. We will contact you when the goods have arrived but you remain responsible for placing the goods into your storage unit.
Q. Can I move in today?
A. Of course this is not a problem as long as we have a suitable size available. But don't forget to leave sufficient time to unload and store your goods. Typically you should allow about 2 hours for a 2-bed house.
Q. What can’t I store?
A. Except for the following exemptions we accept all goods:
1.Food or perishable goods
2.Animals of any sort
3.Combustible or flammable materials
4.Explosives, weapons or ammunition
5.Chemicals, radioactive materials, biological agents
6.Toxic waste, asbestos
7.Any item which emits fumes, smell or odour
8.Any illegal substances, or goods illegally obtained
